– Using biodegradable packaging and products including cups, trays cutlery etc.
– No single use plastic
– Using recycled paper for napkins, hand towels etc.
– Recycling waste produced at events, and reducing food waste with a food management system
– Our cooking oil gets taken from our site to be turned into biofuel
– Our vehicles are ULEZ compliant and Euro 6 standard
– LED lights used in our catering vehicles as they are more efficient than standard bulbs
– We provide vegan and vegetarian options to promote the uptake of a meat free diet.
– Products we source are traceable to ensure we know where our food comes from, and we try to source local produce where possible.
– We create menus that work seasonally to reduce food miles and are committed to the farm to fork movement.
