Thomas Peak
Manager Director

Event catering is my Specialty as his family have been catering events since the 1950s which makes Thomas 3rd generation with problem solving, position potential, foot fall predictions expert within the industry.

Joannie Peak
Manager Director

I always have a hands on approach at each event, head of hygiene and accounts department

Olivia Peak
Human Resources Manager

I’m Olivia and I’m Head of Staff Training also on-site and on the front of house.

Thomas Peak Jnr
Social Media

4th generation in the business after leaving School I have enrolled on a economics course at college. My duties include – Stock assistance, head of social media, back of house, front of house.

Lauren
Personal Assistant

I have a BA Hons in Business Management from Winchester University. I have previously worked for B&Q and SC Johnson as a supply chain analyst for 4 years, and started working for Peaks Catering in July 2023. I support the business with accreditations, risk assessments and general administrative tasks.

Alex Rawlings
Logistics Manager

Alex works in back of house, stock support and maintenance manager.
